Fairbanks Winter Fun
We fly from Anchorage to Fairbanks, hub of the Alaska interior and world
renowned for its absolutely
spectacular
northern lights. Properly known as the Aurora Borealis, this magnificent light
show continues to fascinate even long-time Alaskans. The first order of business
however, is preparing for the following day’s adventure by learning the basics
of dog mushing in a one-day mushing school.
The next day, it’s time to hit the trail with the huskies. Your full day of dog
mushing will take you through some of the most pristine lands in North America
on what is surely a once in a lifetime adventure.
Winter in Fairbanks Alaska isn’t all dog mushing however. Snowmobiling or a
relaxing soak in the warm waters of Chena Hot Springs are just two optional
activities you’re sure to find enjoyable.
Come join us in Fairbanks this winter!
