Fly over Columbia Glacier before continuing on to a luxurious lodge right on the coast of Prince William Sound. Fly to Katmai via Kodiak Island; enjoy guided bear viewing, photographic excursions, hiking, or kayaking during your 3-day stay at a truly 5-star wilderness lodge. Head out on daily boat trips along the coast and then hike to see these magnificent creatures feasting on clams and crabs as appetizers before gorging on the main course - salmon!
Fly to the Talkeetna Mountain Lodge, which affords some of the best viewing of Mt. McKinley short of climbing the mountain yourself! This location is perfect for hiking, walking, and the opportunity to watch the wildlife while sitting at your deck. Enjoy the wilderness, the nature. Alaskan luxury at its finest!

Alaska exclusiveItinerary:
DAY 1: Arrive in Anchorage and transfer to hotel.
DAYS 2 - 4: Head south along Turnagain Arm to Alyeska, Alaska’s premier ski area. Watch for Dall sheep and whales along the way. From there, you will be flown by helicopter, over the Prince William Sound and land right in front of the lodge!
Spend 3 nights at the lodge. You will have daily excursions by boat to remote bays and to see the Columbia Glacier - weather permitting.

Optional tour:

DAY 5: Fly by floatplane back to Anchorage. Overnight.
DAY 6: We will drive north through the Matanuska Valley, Alaska’s farmland to Talkeetna, gateway to climbing Mt. McKinley. Continue to Denali National Park. Transfer to the lodge.
DAY 7: Your day at the lodge is free for activities.
DAY 8: Transfer back to Anchorage to overnight.
DAY 9: Fly to Kodiak Island and overnight in the largest town on the island, also called Kodiak!
DAY 10: Travel by floatplane to the Katmai coast for bear viewing and 3 nights at the lodge, located in the heart of the bear country. Daily guided tours are provided to view the bears. Eagles, Arctic fox and seals can also be seen in the area. This is an unforgettable adventure! 4 days / 3 nights at the lodge.
DAY 13: Return from the coast of Katmai by floatplane to Kodiak and continue to Anchorage by Jet. 2 nights in Anchorage.
DAY 14: Day on your own in Anchorage. Optional: Various day tours.
DAY 15: Transfer to the airport for your flight back home or to another Euro Alaska - Tours adventure.
